Truth Is Just Perception

My Favorite Brands And My Heroes

Superception is based on the premise that truth is only perception. This implies that there is no absolute objectivity which would be devoid of bias, even partial. My relationship with all the brands and public figures I cover in this blog is obviously subjective.

However, in the interest of full disclosure, I want to share with you the top 10 of my favorite brands (in addition to those for which I had the chance to work for):

  • Amazon
  • Cirque du Soleil
  • Pixar Animation Studios
  • Stanford University
  • Starbucks
  • Tesla Motors
  • The New York Times
  • Whole Foods Market
  • Wolfgang Puck
  • Wynn Resorts

And my heroes:

  • Robert F. Kennedy
  • Raymond Aron
  • Walter Bonatti
  • Michael Jordan
  • Paul McCartney
  • John McEnroe
  • Elon Musk
  • Al Pacino
  • Prince Rogers Nelson (aka Prince)
  • Tim Russert
  • The Cookie Monster

However, this doesn’t prevent me from criticizing these companies and people when I deem it justified. It must be tough love. 🙂
