Book Review: “Predictably Irrational: The Hidden Forces That Shape Our Decisions” By Dan Ariely (2009, 400 Pages)
I can’t predict whether or not you will like this book but I loved it.
Dan Ariely is a professor of psychology and behavioral economics at Duke University.
This book studies the role of irrationality in our lives. It combines Ariely’s personal experience with scientific theories and findings from the latest psychological experiments.
It is a thrilling, accessible read.
